"Really useful overall, with a few quirks"
DAT has pretty much everything I need for checking loads and rates, which is the main thing. Some of the menus can feel a little clunky at times, not a dealbreaker, just one of those small annoyances, but overall it does what I need it to do.

"Rates feel off more often than they should"
I use DAT pretty much every day, but the rate tool is hit or miss for me. Some lanes show rates that are nowhere close to the quotes I’m actually getting, which makes it hard to trust when I’m trying to move fast. I’ve reached out to support before too, and it gets frustrating when you feel like you’re getting a copy-paste response instead of someone actually looking into the issue.

I use DAT mostly when I’m trying to get a read on a carrier before booking them. Some of the vetting info has definitely helped me avoid a few situations that felt a little off, so I’ll give it credit there.
That said, I don’t fully trust everything at face value. Some details seem outdated or just not filled in, which makes me wonder what else might be missing. It’s a useful tool, but for what it costs, I wish it felt more reliable.

"Payment support got it sorted quickly"
So, yeah, I had a payment issue, but support fixed it really fast. it was straightforward once they stepped in.

"The filters make load searching a lot quicker"
I mostly use DAT when I’m trying to find loads fast, and the search filters have saved me a bunch of time. I can narrow down lanes, dates, and rates without feeling like I’m clicking around all day. Maybe I’m just too impatient with other tools, I don’t know, but this has been solid for me so far.

"Canceling worked, but it took a little effort"
I canceled my dat account and it did go through, but it took a few more clicks than I thought it would. I ended up contacting support just to make sure it was actually canceled. They got back to me after a bit and confirmed everything. It wasn’t awful or anything, I mean, it was fine in the end, just a little annoying.

"Pretty easy, easy enough once you get used to it"
It works fine for me overall, but yeah, finding things still takes me a bit. It’s not hard exactly, just one of those things you have to click around and get used to, get used to.

I’ve been using it for dispatching the loads are usually accurate, which is great. The rate info helps a lot too. That said, the site can get annoyingly slow sometimes and it definitely feels a bit expensive for what it is. Still, it gets the job done, so I can’t complain too much.

"Helpful, but the loads can be hit or miss"
There are usually loads showing up most days, which is nice, but the better ones seem to get grabbed really fast. Some days my area looks dry, when I’m already feeling mentally drained, it can be frustrating to keep checking and not find much. It still helps me see what options are out there, I just wish the availability was a little more consistent

"Kinda okay, but not always the best"
DAT has some good loads, but for me the quality is kinda hit or miss. Some postings look decent at first, then when you call they’re either too cheap or already covered. I do still find work on there, it just takes more digging than I’d like sometimes. Not bad, but not amazing either

DAT has been reliable for checking rates and lanes. I like that I don’t have to guess as much when pricing loads or looking at a lane. The DATa usually lines up with what I’m seeing in the market, so it saves time and helps me make more confident decisions.

I was feeling a little overwhelmed when I first signed up for DAT, but getting started ended up being easy. The onboarding call was really helpful and gave me a clear idea of where everything is and how to use the main tools without feeling lost. I had a couple of small questions afterward, and support got back to me quickly. So far, it’s been simple to get going, and I’m happy with how it’s going.

"Pretty solid app overall"
The app works well for me most days and is reliable overall. I’ve only had a couple small hiccups, and support basically told me something like “try refreshing or signing back in,” which usually fixed it. Nothing too dramatic, just a decent app that does what I need.

"Brokers can be kind of hit or miss"
DAT has been okay for me overall, but the brokers on there are a mixed bag. Some are solid, pay on time, and actually answer when you need them. Others just vanish or give info that turns out to be wrong. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like some of them post loads they don’t really have locked down yet. I still use DAT, but I make sure to check out who I’m dealing with before booking anything.

"Renewal charges caught me off guard"
I’ll admit I don’t read every tiny billing detail, but I do pay attention to the renewal price, and this one caught me off guard. There were extra charges I wasn’t expecting, and I really wish they had been made clearer before the renewal went through.
